We stayed at Trefriw cottage for 2 nights in May 2010. It is a lovely little house, located in a friendly, interesting and extremely pleasant village.
Rob, the owner, was very helpful, especially as we were a little 'last minute'!
The house is spacious yet cosy, with excellent facilities, and a lovely little garden.
The living room is a great place to relax after exploring Snowdonia for the day, and the wood burner really helps to make it!
It was also essential for us that our little friend Otto, the border terrier, was allowed to come, and he thoroughly enjoyed his stay too (he has a very hectic work life).
The location is great - the village has a really magical feel, with plenty of local amenities, and is perfectly located for exploring Snowdonia national park.
